In Loving Memory of Ella Kisil With heavy hearts, we bid farewell to a remarkable woman, Ella Kisil, who passed away at the age of 50 after a courageous battle with cancer. She leaves behind a legacy of strength, resilience, and unwavering love that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew her. Born on October 3, 1972, Ella was a beacon of light in the lives she touched. Originally from Ukraine, she immigrated to Stamford, CT in pursuit of a better life. A proud patriot of her homeland, Ella carried her love for Ukraine with her every day. She was deeply concerned about the ongoing war in Ukraine and consistently worked to raise awareness and support for her fellow countrymen. As a devoted mother, she poured her heart and soul into raising her son, Alex, providing him with a nurturing environment filled with unconditional love and support. Her dedication to her family was evident in every aspect of her life, and she took immense pride in the accomplishments and happiness of her son. Ella epitomized independence, showing incredible strength and determination throughout her life's journey. Despite the challenges she faced, she never allowed them to define her. Instead, she confronted each hurdle with grace and tenacity, inspiring those around her to persevere in the face of adversity. A true pillar of friendship, Ella had an extraordinary ability to connect with others on a deep level. Her warm and compassionate nature made her a trusted confidante and a wonderful friend to many. Her genuine kindness and infectious laughter brought joy to countless lives. As a daughter, Ella cherished her parents, Lyudmyla and Volodymyr, and maintained a deep bond with them. She was a source of strength for her family and she honored them with love, respect, and gratitude. She also shared an unbreakable bond with her brother, Garik. Their connection went beyond siblinghood and they held a special place in each other's hearts. Two years earlier, she experienced the heartbreaking loss of her beloved husband, Andriy, who passed away. Andriy's presence brought immense joy and stability to their lives, and his memory remained a guiding light for Ella. In addition to her husband, Ella was predeceased by her father, Volodymyr Litvinenko. Beyond her roles as a mother, friend, wife, daughter and sister, Ella radiated an inner light that touched everyone she encountered. Her determination, resilience, and unwavering spirit serve as a lasting inspiration to us all. In the face of adversity, she showed us the importance of cherishing every moment, finding strength within ourselves, and embracing the love that surrounds us. Outside of her responsibilities and her dedication to her loved ones, Ella had a deep passion for cooking, traveling, and photography. She found solace and joy in exploring new culinary delights and capturing the beauty of the world through her lens. These hobbies brought her immense happiness and allowed her creative spirit to flourish. Although Ella is no longer with us in physical form, her spirit will forever remain alive in our memories and hearts. Let us remember her as the beautiful soul she was, celebrating the joy, love, and constant strength that she brought into our lives. She is survived by her loving son, Alex, who will carry her legacy of strength and love forward. Additionally, she leaves behind her dear mother, Lyudmyla, and cherished brother, Garik, who will hold her memory dear in their hearts. May she find eternal peace and serenity in the embrace of the heavens above. Rest in peace, dear Ella. You will be dearly missed, but your spirit will forever guide and inspire us. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 9th from 2pm - 6pm at Bosak Funeral Home on 453 Shippan Avenue, Stamford, CT. A Graveside Service to honor Ella's life will be held on Monday, July 10th at 11 am at St. John Cemetery, 25 Camp Avenue, Darien, CT.
