On Thursday, July 2, 2026, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Betty, peacefully entered eternal rest and was welcomed into the loving arms of her family in Heaven. Born on December 16, 1943, in Lima, Peru, Betty was a woman of remarkable strength, unwavering devotion, and boundless love. More than 52 years ago, she made Stamford her home, where she built a life centered on faith, family, hard work, and compassion. Betty’s greatest purpose in life was her family. She worked tirelessly throughout the years, to provide opportunities and a better life for those she loved. Her quiet sacrifices, gentle spirit, and unconditional love were the foundation of her family. She had a gift for finding joy in life’s simplest moments. Whether sharing heartfelt conversations with family and friends, watching her favorite telenovelas, enjoying a refreshing virgin piña colada, savoring a delicious steak, making her empanadas, or treating herself to strawberry cheesecake, chocolate, or any sweet dessert, Betty embraced each moment with gratitude and warmth. Her smile, laughter, and caring heart brought comfort, happiness, and love wherever she went. Betty leaves behind the love of her life and devoted husband, Luis Reynaldo; her beloved children, John Paul, Doris, and Luis and his wife Elena; and her six cherished grandchildren, Amanda, Stephanie, Andy, Aliana, Gabriel, and Tyberius, each of whom brought immense pride and joy to her life. She is also lovingly remembered by her extended family and dear friends throughout Connecticut, New York, Peru, and beyond. While our hearts are filled with sorrow, they are also filled with gratitude for the immeasurable love Betty gave so freely. Her kindness, strength, generosity, and unwavering devotion to her family will continue to guide us each day. Though she is no longer by our side, her love lives on in every lesson she taught, every memory she created, and every life she touched. Her legacy is not measured by material things, but by the love she gave, the family she nurtured, and the countless lives she enriched through her compassion and selflessness. She will be forever loved, forever missed, and forever carried in our hearts. A Celebration of Betty’s Life will be held on Sunday, July 12, 2026, from 2-6 PM at Bosak Funeral Home, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory, celebrate her beautiful life, and find comfort in the lasting legacy of love she leaves behind.
