Life Legacy Andrew Kruczkiewicz, a resident of Norwalk, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2016. He was 60 years old. Andrew was born August 1, 1955 in a small village in eastern Poland to John and Krystyna Kruczkiewicz.Andrew came to the United States with his family in 1962 and settled in Port Chester, NY. Eventually he moved to Connecticut where he lived for 32 years. He worked at Pitney Bowes for many years until his recent retirement. Andrew loved to ride his motorcycle and work in the garden. He was an avid sports fan and a natural athlete who was able to pick up any sport he tried. He loved playing golf and softball, especially for the Pitney Bowes softball team. Most of all, Andrew loved to spend time with his three children; Kristin, Andrew and Kara.In addition to his parents, Andrew is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl (McGoldrick) Kruczkiewicz; his three children; Kristin Caputo (Giuseppe), Andrew Kruczkiewicz, Jr. and Kara Kruczkiewicz, and his granddaughter; Gabriella Caputo. He is also survived by his siblings; Mitch Kruczkiewicz, Ann Provenzano (Tony), and John Kruczkiewicz (Stefanie).A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 25, 2016 at 11a.m at Holy Name of Jesus R.C. Church, 325 Washington Blvd., Stamford, CT 06902. The interment will immediately follow mass at Riverside Cemetery in Norwalk.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cheryl McGoldrick Kruczkiewicz, 18 Reservoir Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06850. The family has entrusted the funeral arrangements to Bosak Funeral Home, 453 Shippan Avenue, in Stamford.
