Clarene Lee Manos (Clare), a lifelong resident of Stamford, peacefully passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018 at CT Hospice in Branford with her loving family and friends at her side. Clare battled a prolonged and courageous battle with cancer. She was born on January 17, 1955, in Stamford, to the late William Parker and Dorothy Perry. Clare was 63 years old at the time of her passing. Clare is survived by her beloved husband; Nicholas Manos, two children; Thomas DeVito and Lance Manos, her granddaughter; Michelle DeVito, sister; Deborah Honnen and husband Edward, brother; Carmen Diecke, sister-in-law; Connie Potter and many loving nieces, nephews and dear friends. She is predeceased by her mother; Dorothy Parker, stepfather; William Parker, brother; Ken and sister; Florence. Clare was a loving mother, grandmother and a devoted companion to her husband, Nick. A wake will be held on the evening of Friday, October 5th from 5pm to 9pm at Bosak Funeral Home, 453 Shippan Avenue, in Stamford. A mass of Christian burial will take place on Saturday, October 6th at 10am at St. Mary R.C. Church, 566 Elm Street, in Stamford. The interment will be private. The Manos family have entrusted Clare’s arrangements to Bosak Funeral Home, 453 Shippan Avenue, in Stamford.
