Josephine P Nadziejko Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Josephine Patricia Nadziejko, 89 years old, formerly of Stamford, CT and resident of Norwalk, CT, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 6, 2014 at Aurora Senior Living of Norwalk. She was born in Greenwich, CT on March 11, 1925 to the late Mary Krempa and John Adamczyk. Josephine attended Greenwich Public Schools and worked at Conde Nast for several years during the 1940's. In 1944 she married Joseph Nadziejko, Sr., who passed away in 1982. She is survived by daughter Emily Kelleher; sons Joseph, Jr. and Paul Nadziejko; grandchildren John and Mary Kelleher, Christopher Nadziejko and Elizabeth Ninivaggi, along with her husband Marc; great grandson Tyler Ninivaggi; and sister Victoria Jermantowicz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by three brothers, Anthony, Peter and Jack, and five sisters, Florence, Rose, Bertha, Julia and Frances. The family would like to thank the staff at Aurora Senior Living for lovingly attending to Josephine for over nine years. Calling hours will be 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, October 9, at Bosak Funeral Home, 453 Shippan Ave., Stamford. The funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 10 at Holy Name of Jesus Church, 325 Washington Blvd., Stamford. Interment will follow at St. John RC Cemetery, Darien.
