Kim Liisa Hibbard, of Stamford, passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2022 after a brief illness. She was born in Stamford, CT, on March 30, 1952 to the late Hugo H. Huhta and Vieno M (Lindgren) Huhta. Ms. Hibbard was a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University and worked for the Wilton School District. She is survived by her sister, Wendy Cutler of Baltimore; a stepdaughter, Leslie of Virginia; as well as by two stepsons, Jeffrey and his wife Yvette of Florida, and Paul and his wife Julie, of Idaho. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald E. Hibbard in 2016. Her family will receive family and friends on Thursday, May 5th from 4pm to 6pm with a memorial service at 6pm at Bosak Funeral Home, 453 Shippan Ave, in Stamford.
