Maxi Yvette Negron, 46, was born in Stamford, CT on February 3, 1968 and was a lifetime resident. She passed away on March 31, 2014 after a brief illness. She was the daughter of the late Jose L. Velez and Maximina Velez of Stamford, CT. Maxi is survived by her mother; Maximina Velez, her siblings; Jose "Pito" L. Velez, Jr. (Carmen), Marisol Christie (Stephen), and Luis "Tilico" A.Velez, and her loving companion; Uriel Arauz. She is also survived by her beloved daughters; Karina Negron, Alexis Negron, and Jaelynn Negron, her precious grandson; Curtis Lee Dunmore, Jr., and four nephews; Luis Velez, Jr (TJ), Matthew Christie, Tyler Christie, Brandon Perez, and many aunts, uncles and a host of cousins.Maxi Yvette was an outgoing, full-of-life person who enjoyed being around people and helping a friend in need. She was a kind and loving person who got along well with everybody. She was a loving mother and doting grandmother. She will be dearly missed by her family, special friends and all those whose hearts she touched.Maxi's family will receive the sympathy of family and friends TODAY, Thursday, April 3rd from 4 pm to 8 pm at Bosak Funeral Home, 453 Shippan Avenue, in Stamford, CT.
